For safety and security, all entrances are monitored by security cameras. Footage may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. *1 doorbell camera at the entrance of the home, 1 outdoor camera facing the driveway, and 1 outdoor camera facing the backyard. All devices are ON and recording during the reservation. House Rules: - WE ARE A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. - No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, or hangouts. - No more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. - No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 7am. - No weapons allowed anywhere on the property. - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Pet friendly! *Dogs only, under 50 pounds. Max of 2. Pet fee of $130 per pet will be charged after the reservation is made. -unapproved pets are a min. of $260 charge We have a few rules we asks guests with pets to follow: - Only well behaved, house trained dogs allowed. - Keep your dog on a leash at all times when outside. - Clean up after your dog- no one likes to step in poo. - No pets on the furniture. Please use a dog bed or crate. We do not provide dog beds or crates. - Do not leave your dog left unattended in the rental for more than an hour or two. - No aggressive or loud dogs are permitted. Disruptive barking and/or aggressive dogs will be asked to leave and their owners will not be refunded money for the reservation. - There is a $250 minimum charge for animal damages/traces left behind in or outside the home. - The guest will assume full responsibility for their pet. Guests must be age 25 and older to be able to book our home. If staying 14+ days at a time, you will be required to have a mid-stay cleaning service for an additional $150. Pre-approval required for all pets. Pet fee of $130 per pet. $250 minimum charge for animal damages/traces left behind in or outside the home. House rules: - WE ARE A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property. Smoking will cause immediate cancellation of the reservation. - No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, or hangouts. - Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. - No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 7am. - Security system including the smoke detectors, doorbell camera and carbon monoxide monitors are installed for your protection. *Disabling or tampering with this system is a violation of the house rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and a $250 fee.* - No weapons allowed anywhere on the property. - Do not disrespect the neighbors. - The fireplace in the home is for decorative purposes only. Do not use the fireplace. FEES: - Smoking of any kind will result in a minimum $250 Charge. - Noise complaints will result in a warning and a second complaint will result in a $100 fine and cancellation of the reservation - Stained linens (towels and sheets) that can’t be cleaned will result in a minimum $40 charge per item. - Lost TV remote control will result in a $100 Charge. - Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75. - $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. - Pet Fee: Pet fee of $130 per pet. $250 minimum charge for animal damages/traces left behind in or outside the home. Our home is located off a primary road. Therefore, there are no neighbors. There is a storage unit being built door away from the bedrooms-You can see the church across the street, but no others!

Our Gravel drive is perfect for parking large SUVs or work trailers. We also have plenty of room for 4plus cars!
