Guests must be age 25 and older to be able to book our home. If staying 14+ days at a time, you will be required to have a mid-stay cleaning service for an additional $150. Pre-approval required for all pets. Pet fee of $130 per pet. $250 minimum charge for animal damages/traces left behind in or outside the home. House rules: - WE ARE A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property. Smoking will cause immediate cancellation of the reservation. - No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, or hangouts. - Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. - No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 7am. - Security system including the smoke detectors, doorbell camera and carbon monoxide monitors are installed for your protection. *Disabling or tampering with this system is a violation of the house rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and a $250 fee.* - No weapons allowed anywhere on the property. - Do not disrespect the neighbors. - The fireplace in the home is for decorative purposes only. Do not use the fireplace. FEES: - Smoking of any kind will result in a minimum $250 Charge. - Noise complaints will result in a warning and a second complaint will result in a $100 fine and cancellation of the reservation - Stained linens (towels and sheets) that can’t be cleaned will result in a minimum $40 charge per item. - Lost TV remote control will result in a $100 Charge. - Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75. - $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. - Pet Fee: Pet fee of $130 per pet. $250 minimum charge for animal damages/traces left behind in or outside the home. We have a few rules we asks guests with pets to follow: - Only well behaved, house trained dogs allowed. - Keep your dog on a leash at all times when outside. - Clean up after your dog- no one likes to step in poo. - No pets on the furniture. Please use a dog bed or crate. We do not provide dog beds or crates. - Do not leave your dog left unattended in the rental for more than an hour or two. - No aggressive or loud dogs are permitted. Disruptive barking and/or aggressive dogs will be asked to leave and their owners will not be refunded money for the reservation. - There is a $250 minimum charge for animal damages/traces left behind in or outside the home. - The guest will assume full responsibility for their pet. If your pet causes any injury or harm to other people or the property, you will be 100% liable for any necessary treatment, care, or repair.
