House Rules: - WE ARE A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. - No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, or hangouts. - No more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. - No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 7am. - No weapons allowed anywhere on the property. - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Pet friendly! *Dogs only, under 50 pounds. Max of 2. Pet fee of $130 per pet will be charged after the reservation is made. -unapproved pets are a min. of $260 charge We have a few rules we asks guests with pets to follow: - Only well behaved, house trained dogs allowed. - Keep your dog on a leash at all times when outside. - Clean up after your dog- no one likes to step in poo. - No pets on the furniture. Please use a dog bed or crate. We do not provide dog beds or crates. - Do not leave your dog left unattended in the rental for more than an hour or two. - No aggressive or loud dogs are permitted. Disruptive barking and/or aggressive dogs will be asked to leave and their owners will not be refunded money for the reservation. - There is a $250 minimum charge for animal damages/traces left behind in or outside the home. - The guest will assume full responsibility for their pet. Guests must be age 25 and older to be able to book our home. If staying 14+ days at a time, you will be required to have a mid-stay cleaning service for an additional $150. Pre-approval required for all pets. Pet fee of $130 per pet. $250 minimum charge for animal damages/traces left behind in or outside the home. DOG ONLY House rules: - WE ARE A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property. Smoking will cause immediate cancellation of the reservation. - No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, or hangouts. - Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. - No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 7am. - Security system including the smoke detectors, doorbell camera and carbon monoxide monitors are installed for your protection. *Disabling or tampering with this system is a violation of the house rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and a $250 fee.* - No weapons allowed anywhere on the property. - Do not disrespect the neighbors. - The fireplace in the home is for decorative purposes only. Do not use the fireplace. FEES: - Smoking of any kind will result in a minimum $250 Charge. - Noise complaints will result in a warning and a second complaint will result in a $100 fine and cancellation of the reservation - Stained linens (towels and sheets) that can’t be cleaned will result in a minimum $40 charge per item. - Lost TV remote control will result in a $100 Charge. - Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75. - $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. - Pet Fee: Pet fee of $130 per pet. $250 minimum charge for animal damages/traces left behind in or outside the home. Alise is a great host. Very friendly, responded in a timely matter. The property was amazing, very clean, quiet and peaceful. There was board games and card games to play. She is very considerate she had everything that you would need in her home from towels to body wash. I would definitely stay at this location again

Alise was extremely accommodating. After some last minute changes on my job, I had to change my plans. Alise was able to get me in quickly and adjust my check in to enable me to hit my adjusted work schedule seamlessly. The neighbor hood is very quiet and was comfortable to get in and out of day and night. Thanks Alise your house was great! I'll be back everytime I'm in town

Clean, quaint, and caring. From a very responsive host to washer/dryer to a spacious yard to ample beds to complimentary bath products, this was exactly what our family needed this weekend!
